Tapioca Boba (aka pearls or bubble tea) are made from tapioca, they are chewy and don’t have too much flavor when eaten by itself. And the sweetness and chewy texture vary depending on how they’re cooked. We currently DO NOT offer Tapioca Boba at Blue Bean.
Popping Boba (aka bursting boba) that is made from a seaweed extract with fruit juice inside that “pop’s” once bitten into. These juicy magical spheres have a gummy texture that add a fun layer of flavor to your favorite Blue Bean drink. Think of it as a drink part two experience… the sequel that adds the unexpected spurs of summer fun juicy sweetness 🙂
