4 hours rental

Our minimum space rental time for events and parties begins at four hours. This timeframe includes setup and teardown (4 hours total). Additional event hours can be added as needed.

Typical breakdown of rental hours:

  • 30 minutes for setup
  • 3 hours for event
  • 30 minutes for teardown

After hours rental

Events are available for booking:

Mon – Fri | 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday | 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Sunday    | 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

Your own VIBE-ristas!

The coffee bar will be open for your guests to enjoy a curated selection of drinks and food items (that you choose). We’ll run a tab during the event that will be part of your final invoice.

For the record, we can’t guarantee the weather ⛈, but if it’s not raining or snowing outside, there is a 100% chance that our Patio will be ready for your enjoyment 😉

Unfortunately we can’t “hold” a date. Our spaces are rented on a first come-first served basis. Once you have paid the rental fee in full for the space, time and date, the space is all yours!

Yes. In order to lock-in your event date and time there is a:

$200 non-refundable fee for OPTION 1

$350 non-refundable fee for OPTION 2

Once the availability of your date and time are confirmed, and if your reservation is being made:

More than 60 days from the date of your event, you will receive an invoice that will be due upon receipt and allow you to make your non-refundable deposit payment.

  • As soon as your non-refundable deposit payment is processed your reservation will be confirmed!
  • The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event. You will receive an invoice remainder for the final payment so that you can complete it on time!

Within 60 days from the date of your event, you will receive an invoice that will be due upon receipt, for the full rental fee amount.

It’s always a bummer when life throws you for a loop, but don’t worry we’re here to help! If this happens, just let us know and we’ll provide you with an event rental credit so that you can reschedule your party.

Get ready to wow your guests with the ultimate party experience! Our rental fee not only gives you access to a prime celebration spot, but also provides complimentary delicious drip coffee – guaranteed amazingness in every cup.

Our coffee shop will be open for your guests, albeit with a limited menu.

To make things even better, all drinks will be offered at a discounted flat rate. Here are your options:

  • Open Tab – You can choose to have an open tab and settle the payment at the end of your event.
  • One-Drink Tickets – We can provide you with drink tickets to distribute among your guests. They can use these tickets to redeem a drink at the coffee bar. Alternatively, your guests can also purchase additional drinks.
  • Discounted Prices – Your guests pay the discounted price for the drinks directly at the counter.

All Coffee Shop consumption (for the Open Tab and the One-Drink Tickets) will be invoiced and must be paid at the end of your event.

Absolutely! for anything that we don’t offer. We will be more than happy to share our preferred caterer list. Everyone on our list offers a smooth experience. They have worked with us many, many times. They know our space and are familiar with our process, but most importantly, they are awesome! 😎

We recommend buffet, food stations, or food truck catering, and just so you know, our salteñas are a very popular appetizer 🙂

Of course! There is however a quality inspection process that requires us to taste all homemade delicacies… just kidding 😉

Yes you can! Our Patio makes an ideal spot for food trucks to setup and make all of your guests very happy!

All you need is to let us know that you will be hiring a food truck, and make sure that the food truck is licensed and insured.

YES and YES! We have a 150 inch screen and projector in our openSPACE.

We also have multiple large high-definition screens throughout our space. These can become a fun way to customize your event with your company’s logo, event information or picture slideshow.

We certainly encourage you to add your own personal touches and decorations to make your event extra special. You will be able to use the walls ONLY IF:

  1. You bring 3M Command Strips. You can find these at most grocery and home improvement stores, and Amazon of course 🙂

  1. You let us help remove them at the end of your event.

 

🧐 YOU MAY NOT use materials that could leave holes in the walls or potentially pull off paint or damage the walls in any way. This includes but is not limited to nails, staples, glue and command strips (if you don’t pull them off correctly), etc.

Yes we are! Our entire space is ADA compliant.

Our rental fee includes 4 hours for your event. This timeframe includes the time needed for setup, teardown and clean-up.

Your start time is when you will be granted access to the Blue Bean space of your choice (Option 1 or Option 2), and your end time is when you must have fully vacated the space. It’s important to keep in mind that you are responsible for setting up and tearing down, as well as cleaning up after your event.
