creating a safe and healthy workplace
We’re doing that in 6 main ways:
Creating
as much of a contactless experience as possible. Step-n-pull door access, touchless electronic access systems, motion activated lighting.
Preventing
by asking all members and guests to wear masks/face coverings in common areas. We have disposable masks available and display signage to alert everyone of this policy. We limit occupancy in our space. Our employees are required to wear masks and gloves while working.
Redesigning
the layout of our space to facilitate proper social distancing. Our desk and workstation layout has been updated to individual spaces that allow proper distancing. All of our desks also have partitions between them.
Increasing
cleaning and disinfection frequency, providing access to sanitation supplies throughout our workplace. Our staff disinfects and cleans frequently-touched surfaces often.
Reinventing
our hospitality and service delivery standards: - All members, flexPASS guests and visitors must remain in the same workstation/meeting space throughout their stay. - Ordering Coffee Shop drinks & food can now be done online and right from your workstation or meeting space. - Plates, mugs, silverware and other dishes have been replaced with disposables in the kitchen.
Partnering
with our Blue Bean community to deploy our new operating standards and implementing the new social contract.
