Nope. While Blue Bean members benefit from special member rates and priority booking, our meeting and event spaces are available to everyone on an hourly/daily basis.
Payment in full is due at the time of reservation.
Meeting spaces are reserved by members and guests throughout the day, so unfortunately early entrance into a meeting space is not possible. If your meeting/event requires set-up and tear-down time, it must be included into your rental time.
Absolutely! for anything that we don’t offer. We’ll be more than happy to share our preferred caterer list and handle the ordering and delivery to your meeting space so you can focus on your meeting.
And just so you know, we’re famous for our flights, this includes a toast flight! and our salteñas are very popular as a lunch/appetizer option 😎
Great question! We understand that there are different needs and expectations when renting a space, which is why we’re happy to geek out on this answer 🧐
All of our meeting spaces have been designed with sound-absorption solutions that effectively limit the sound entering or exiting the conference/meeting room, so you can be sure both privacy and acoustics will reach your standards for office/business related activities (i.e., meetings, brainstorming sessions, presentations).
But wait, there’s more… we also have a complete sound masking system for our open space. This system emits low-level, non-distracting masking noise designed to reduce speech intelligibility and thereby improve speech privacy, EVEN IN OUR OPEN SPACE 🤯

We know, life is full of surprises! The good news is that we have a rental credit policy for these situations. We’ll be more than happy to provide you with booking credits and help reschedule your meeting as well!
