Just choose your coworking vibe, select your time (2 hrs, half-day, or full-day), and get to work.

FAQs
Walk-ins are welcomed, however we strongly recommend to book your flexPASS online. Especially if you want to secure your spot!
If you want to secure a spot between Monday-Friday of any given week, you can book your spot starting on Sunday. Our system updates our flexPASS availability every Sunday for the week that follows.
Please make sure that you use the south Coffee Shop entrance.
You will be greeted by one of our awesome vibe-ristas who will:
- Check you in and provide the login details that get you connected to our blazing fast internet.
- Help getting you started with some fresh brewed coffee, tea, or help you decide from our delicious drinks & food menu options.
- Show you to your space and make sure that you have everything you need to have a productive day 😎
A flexPASS is individual. If you plan on bringing a friend or more 👥, not a problem! Just make sure that everyone in your productive-day-party has their own flexPASS to enjoy the #BlueBeanVibe
Great question! The answer is yes you can! We just ask that you keep in mind two things:
- Your neighbors 👽
- Your volume 🔉
AND… our space features a private phone booth (first come, first served) that you can hop into any time you’d like.
A flexPASS gives you one day access to our cowork zone. Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm.
The use of our printers is exclusive to our members. However, we will be more than happy to help with some “occasional printing” needs, if you are okay with sending us the document via email.
We don’t do cancellations. The good news is that we have a booking credit policy for these situations. We’ll be more than happy to provide you with a booking credit so you can enjoy your flexPASS next time you want to have a fully productive time at Blue Bean.
